Prof. Ashok Kumar Banskota, is not only the founder but my greatest inspiration. His journey, marked by resilience and dedication, began with a single child, and has evolved into the flourishing institution we know today. Mahatma Gandhi's words, "The smallest good deed is better than the biggest good intention," resonate deeply within the heart of HRDC, embodied by my father's relentless pursuit of performing good deeds.
 
HRDC is more than just a workplace; it is a haven where lives are touched, and smiles are restored. The stress-free environment we cherish is a testament to the enduring relationships and friendships forged over decades. Here, differences are discussed openly, fostering an atmosphere free from conflict.
